Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or facing unexpected delays, shipment times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in your order.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–30 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–30 business days

  • Other regions: 15–30 business days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, logistics delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
